The purpose of this study was to examine the pharmacokinetics and drug efficacy of celecoxib and celecoxib combinations in patients with chronic rheumatoid arthritis.
This was a retrospective review of patients with chronic rheumatoid arthritis who received either a single 200 mg dose of celecoxib (Celebrex), Celebrex 200 mg and Celecoxib 200 mg at a fixed time intervals of 2 months or one 200 mg dose of celecoxib (Celebrex 200 mg) at the same time. Celecoxib was chosen as the drug in the study because the dosage was not determined based on the presence of other drugs. Celecoxib (Celebrex) was taken by patients who had a previous history of rheumatoid arthritis. Celecoxib and celecoxib 200 mg were administered as a single dose, and the dose of celecoxib was increased in a proportionally smaller proportion by 2 weeks. Celecoxib was taken once a day in the morning and administered once a day in the evening. Celecoxib was taken in a dose of 200 mg every 12 hours, and celecoxib 200 mg was administered once a day in a proportionally smaller dose. The dose of celecoxib was increased by 2 weeks in the same manner as celecoxib. Celecoxib was taken in a dose of 200 mg every 12 hours. Celecoxib was taken in a dose of 200 mg every 24 hours, and celecoxib 200 mg was administered once a day in a proportionally smaller dose. Celecoxib was taken at the same time of day as the drug.
